The Get-Together is held every summer at the end of July or the beginning of August. The event opens on Friday, July 31st and concludes on Sunday, August 2nd.
The 2009 Get-Together will include the following:
Friday, July 31st
12:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Registration Open
12:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Hospitality Room Open (will include Nashville food and hospitality)
6:00 p.m. – Country Themed Banquet (Dress for the theme)

Musical Entertainment by the Bandolero Band
Saturday, August 1st
9:00 – 11:00 p.m. – Adult and Youth Sessions (Details to come)
11:00 – 4:00 p.m. – General Jackson Showboat Trip (Adults) & Youth Trip
(Included for all youth delegates)
